After acing the Professional Culinary Program at the highly acclaimed ICCA Institute and training under world-class international chefs, his skills were further honed at leading restaurants Nusr-et, Abu Dhabi and Sizzlers, Brisbane. Prasad is also the co-founder of Tiffin & More, Tikka Taco and Kadai Kitchen; all born out of his pursuit to serve authentic, straight up delicious food.
With 18 years of experience and a proven track record, Manoj joins the team at XL Catering & Hospitality Services after stints at Emirates Aluminium, ADNOC’s on-shore and off-shore locations, and directing, developing and implementing strategies at labor camps, schools and hospitals. His strong ability to master any situation quickly and deftly deal with business decisions makes him an asset to our team.
Dinesh brings with him 16 years of experience and the expertise to make and serve 36,000 meals in one single day. Head Chef at XL Catering & Hospitality Services, Dinesh’s skill in catering, hospitality management, meal planning and presentation makes him a delicious addition to our team. He specializes in Continental, Arabic and North and South Indian food; and is always eager to try his hand at new cuisines.
